the staff are very polite. the location is convenient and within walking distance of the main port.

the bathroom was dismal. it was so tiny my feet were in the shower when i used the toilet. the shower curtain could not properly close, so the entire floor got wet when i showered. mould was visible on the ceiling too.

The staff were very friendly. They were also helpful with directions. The room was very clean. Its location is near the port. A walk to the center took 20 minutes.

The shower was very small. It was not the best.

The hotel provided 24/7 reception. This allowed for a smooth check-in no matter the hour. It was reassuring to know someone was always available for assistance .

I did not use any dining facilities at this hotel. The location near the port, provides many local food vendors. Many restaurants are a short walk away, though.
